Nationally Competetive Scholarships
The Irvin D. Reid Honors College provides advising for all WSU students interested in nationally competitive scholarships and fellowships.

Honors is currently seeking applicants for the following Scholarships, with applications due to Dr. Freeman on September 19:
- Benjamin Gilman (undergraduate study abroad)
- Freeman Asia (undergraduate study abroad)
- Gates Cambridge (graduate study at the University of Cambridge)
- Marshall Scholarship (graduate study in the United Kingdom)
- George J. Mitchell Scholarship (graduate study in Ireland)
- Jacob Javits Scholarship (graduate study in arts, humanities and social sciences)
- Rhodes Scholarship (graduate study for two years at the University of Oxford)
Honors is also seeking applicants for the Paul and Daisy Soros Scholarship for New Americans. These applications will be due to Dr. Freeman on October 20.
In addition to the first round of applications listed above, Honors will also be looking for students to apply for additional scholarships listed at http://honors.wayne.edu/nationalscholar.list.php.
