Honors Application Form for transfer students and current WSU students who wish to join the Honors College.
Honors Option Form to add Honors credit to a WSU course
Honors Directed-study Form for students who will receive Honors credit for customized coursework assigned under the guidance of a faculty member.
Honors Thesis Proposal Form must be completed by students completing the senior thesis. This form is due to the Honors College by the third week of classes in the semester during which the thesis is completed.
